1. Definitions

• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using accepted payment methods (bank transfer, e-wallet, cryptocurrency) and available for wagering. Real Money Balance does not include Bonus Balance unless explicitly converted through wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by mpo189 that are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms before they can be converted into Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by mpo189 to confirm the Player's identity, age, and residency status before processing withdrawals or accessing certain account features.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" (IDR, Rp) refers to the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia and the default currency denomination for transactions on mpo189 unless cryptocurrency is selected.
• "Cryptocurrency" refers to digital assets such as USDT (Tether TRC-20/ERC-20) and BTC (Bitcoin) that are accepted by mpo189 as deposit and withdrawal methods subject to blockchain network confirmation times and fees.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use mpo189, you must meet the following mandatory eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. mpo189 enforces strict age verification protocols and reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents (KTP, passport, driver's license) to verify your date of birth. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and bets voided.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a country or region where online betting is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of mpo189 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion database, gambling prohibition registry, or legal restriction list maintained by mpo189 or any recognized responsible gaming organization.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any person employed by or contracted with mpo189. Employees of game providers, payment processors, or regulatory bodies directly involved with mpo189's operations are also prohibited from registering.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on government-issued ID)
• Date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY format)
• Residential address (street, city, province, postal code)
• Valid email address and mobile phone number
• Preferred username and secure password meeting mpo189's complexity requirements (minimum 8 characters, combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols)

You are permitted to register only one (1) Account per person, per household, per email address, per payment method, and per IP address. Duplicate accounts, multi-accounting, or accounts registered using false or misleading information will result in immediate closure of all related accounts, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the Platform. Any winnings derived from duplicate accounts are void and non-withdrawable.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login information with any third party. All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and account activities conducted using your login credentials will be deemed authorized by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated such actions.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorization, or that your password has been compromised, you must immediately notify mpo189 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. mpo189 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your Account if such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security practices.

3.2 Account Information Updates

You must ensure that all personal information associated with your Account remains accurate and current at all times. If your email address, phone number, residential address, or payment details change, you are required to update your Account settings or notify customer support within 7 days. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in delayed withdrawals, failed communication of important account notices, or account suspension pending verification.

3.3 Restrictions on Account Access

Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, lend, lease, or otherwise provide access to your Account to any other person or entity. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate termination of your Account and forfeiture of all funds. You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

• Indonesian Local Banks: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata via bank transfer.

4.2 Deposit Processing and Limits

Bank transfer and e-wallet deposits are typically processed and credited to your Account within 1–10 minutes during normal banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). Cryptocurrency deposits require a minimum of 2 blockchain confirmations (TRC-20 USDT), 12 confirmations (ERC-20 USDT), or 3 confirmations (BTC) before funds are credited to your Account.

Minimum deposit amounts are as follows:

• Bank transfer / E-wallet: Rp 10,000
• Cryptocurrency: Equivalent of Rp 50,000 at the time of deposit

Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. Standard accounts have a maximum single deposit limit of Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. VIP accounts may request higher limits by contacting customer support.

4.3 Deposit Source Verification

mpo189 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own legal name. 5. Withdrawals and Processing Times

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To initiate a withdrawal from your mpo189 Account, you must meet the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process (submission and approval of government-issued ID and proof of address).
• You must have completed the minimum wagering requirement on deposited funds (1x turnover on deposits made via bank/e-wallet; no turnover requirement on cryptocurrency deposits unless receiving a deposit bonus).
• Any active Bonus Balance must be forfeited or fully wagered through its associated requirements before Real Money Balance can be withdrawn. Bonus-related wagering requirements are detailed in Section 7.
• Your Account must not be flagged for investigation related to fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with AML best practices. Processing times are as follows:

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). Maximum daily withdrawal limit for standard accounts: Rp 100,000,000. VIP tier accounts enjoy higher daily limits and expedited processing. Contact customer support to review your withdrawal limits.

5.4 Withdrawal Reversals and Cancellations

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted and approved by mpo189's finance team, it cannot be reversed or canceled by the Player. If you wish to continue playing with withdrawn funds, you must wait for the withdrawal to be completed and then make a new deposit. mpo189 reserves the right to void, delay, or refuse withdrawals if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations are suspected.

6. Betting Rules and Settlement

6.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on mpo189 are final and cannot be modified, canceled, or reversed after confirmation. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and odds before confirming the bet. mpo189 is not liable for any errors made by the Player when placing bets.

In the event of an obvious technical error (such as incorrect odds display, mismatched event listings, or system glitches), mpo189 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's Account. Disputes regarding bet settlement will be resolved by mpo189's trading team in accordance with official result sources and our internal settlement policies.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports bets cover football (including BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup), basketball, badminton (Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, All England), MotoGP, volleyball, and esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Market types include Asian Handicap, Over/Under, 1X2, Correct Score, mix parlay (accumulator), voor bola (handicap betting), and live in-play markets.

Bets are settled based on the final official result as determined by the governing sports body or league. 6.3 Casino Games and Slots

Match results are final once confirmed by the arena referee. 7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility and Activation

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer multiple times, exploiting low-risk betting strategies (hedging, arbitrage, or opposite-side betting across multiple accounts), or violating the maximum bet rule during bonus wagering, will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and potential account termination.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus funds and any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) and must be completed within the promotional validity period (typically 7–30 days from bonus activation).

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates are:

9. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

If your Account is flagged for investigation, we reserve the right to temporarily freeze your Account, suspend withdrawals, and request additional documentation. 10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (after all pending bets are settled and wagering requirements completed) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus Balances and promotional credits are forfeited upon account closure. Account closure is not reversible; if you wish to return to mpo189 in the future, you must register a new Account.

10.2 Termination by mpo189

mpo189 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Common reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 9.
• Inactivity for more than 24 consecutive months (dormant accounts).

In the event of termination for cause, mpo189 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances (Real Money and Bonus) and void any outstanding bets. If termination occurs due to no fault of the Player (e.g., business decision, regulatory changes), any remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded in full.

11. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

11.1 No Warranty

The Platform and all services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. mpo189 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mpo189, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if mpo189 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall mpo189's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance you deposited in the 90 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).

11.3 Force Majeure

mpo189 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, labor disputes, internet outages, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers (payment processors, game studios, data centers). In such events, affected bets may be voided, and stakes refunded.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of mpo189, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo189 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against mpo189.
